HELP & FAQ

Good questions. Straight answers.

Start here, or contact us about the details of a particular item.

Can I check out on the website?

The website currently accepts inquiries. Use the purchase inquiry to ask about a piece. We confirm availability, condition, price, shipping, and the payment method directly before a sale. The form does not charge you or reserve an item.

Are the pictures actual items for sale?

The scenic banner and collection tiles are brand and category artwork. They do not represent the exact items available. Ask for current photos of the actual item before purchasing.

How do I find out what is available?

Browse a collection or New Arrivals, then request the items you are interested in. Recently sourced items may already have sold, so availability is confirmed individually.

How are shipping costs worked out?

Shipping depends on the actual item, parcel size, and destination. Request a complete quote so you can review the shipping cost and timing before agreeing to a purchase.

What condition should I expect?

Condition is specific to the item. Ask about packaging, wear, completeness, and any tested sound or action features. Our condition guide explains what to look for.

Can I sell you my collection?

Yes, you can send a collection inquiry. Include the series, approximate item count, condition, location, and photos. Each inquiry is reviewed individually; submitting one does not guarantee an offer.

Did my form send automatically?

No. Prepare email creates a message for you to review. Open it in your email app or Gmail and press Send there. If neither opens, use Copy message and email it to the displayed address.

Do I need an account?

No account is needed to browse or prepare an inquiry. Your inquiry list is stored only in your current browser, and can be cleared on the purchase inquiry page.

What if there is an issue with a purchase?

Contact support with your order reference and a description of the issue. Include photos when relevant. The terms agreed for the sale, or the marketplace rules where you purchased, determine the next steps.
