We use clear, consistent language to help collectors understand packaging, completeness, and visible wear. Every listing is reviewed individually, and material flaws are called out in the photos and description.
Unopened retail packaging with a clean, display-ready appearance. “Pristine” is reserved for packaging with no significant visible issues.
Light wear from normal retail handling or storage. The item remains sealed and attractive, but small imperfections may be visible.
Previously opened or sold without factory packaging. Completeness, included accessories, and notable handling wear are described individually.
Visible condition issues affect the packaging or item. Material damage, missing parts, or other concerns are photographed and described before purchase.
Condition is evaluated conservatively and may vary by item type, age, material, and packaging style. A sealed item can still have shelf wear, and an opened item can still be complete and exceptionally well preserved.
